Information we collect
The site stores the information you choose to submit through the enterprise enquiry and career interest forms. This includes contact details, company or career context, written responses, consent, submission time and a one-way request fingerprint used to reduce abuse. We do not intentionally store a visitor's raw IP address in the submission record.
How we use it
Enquiry details are used to review and respond to a potential business engagement. Career details are used to consider future opportunities at DCFY. We do not use these forms to create public profiles or sell submitted personal information.
Storage and access
Submissions are stored in the site's private database. Anonymous visitors cannot read, change or delete stored submissions. Access is limited to trusted server-side operations and authorised internal review.
Retention and your choices
Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose it was submitted and legal or operational requirements. A working public privacy mailbox has not yet been configured. Until it is available, use the contact form and state that your message concerns privacy.
Third parties and updates
The site relies on infrastructure required to host the website and securely store submissions. DCFY does not currently use the forms for marketing email subscriptions, automated hiring decisions or payment processing. This policy will be updated if those functions change.
